Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: Nandkishor Balaji Sonar, a research scholar at MGM University, has been awarded Ph D in Engineering.
He submitted his thesis titled 'Evaluating the Feasibility of Considerate Valuation Model for Real Estate Properties in Aurangabad City’ under the guidance of Dr Vijaya S Pradhan, research guide from MGM University. Nandkishor is a teaching faculty member at the university's Civil Engineering Department.
