Aurangabad, Jan 1:

The Crime Branch of the City arrested two juvenile thieves and seized stolen 11 four-wheeler batteries and a rickshaw amounting Rs 1.25 lakh from them.

ACP, Suresh Wankhede said, acting on the tip off, under the Crime Branch PI, Avinash Aghav, PSI Amol Deshmukh, Syed Mujeeb Ali, Bhavsingh Chavan, Rahul Kharat and Sunil More laid a trap and arrested two junile thieves taking stolen batteries in an auto-rickshaw for selling at Shahgunj area. During the search, the police team found 11 stolen batteries in the vehicle. During interrogation, both confessed that they have stolen the batteries. Both the boys, batteries and auto-rickshaw were handed to the City Chowk police for further investigation.
