Preparing a will helps prevent family disputes and provides proper guidance to heirs. In the absence of a will, property is distributed according to legal procedures, which often leads to conflicts, said adv. Amol Kakade.

He was speaking at a seminar held at Mahavir Bhavan. Mahavir International organised a special guidance session on the topic of “Will.” It was explained that a will is a legal document specifying how a person’s property should be distributed after their death.

Highlighting the importance of a will from the perspective of income tax and financial planning, CA M. R. Hundiwal said that a properly drafted will reduce future financial complications and makes asset management easier. Adv. Rameshwar Totla stressed that preparing a will under proper legal guidance is essential and explained the process and key aspects involved.
