Aurangabad, June 24: PSBA English School celebrated online Yoga Day and World Music Day with full enthusiasm. Chief guest and administrator Samruddhi Bhosekar emphasized the importance of yoga for health and peace of mind. Yogasanas, pranayama are important even in times of Covid-19, she said. Headmistress Padma Jawlekar gave information of Yoga Day. Vice-principal secondary school Severine Lewis explained the importance of yoga and its benefits.

Primary section head Aparna Pimple gave information about World Music Day. Head of sports department Dr Abhijeet Deshmukh and sports co-teachers performed online pranayama and yoga. Students and teachers reported active participation. The school music department presented a beautiful song to mark both days.

Supervisor Jayashree Deshmukh anchored the programme. Vice-principal senior secondary Archana Kurundkar presented a vote of thanks. School president Dr Sanjeewani Bhosekar, vice–president Ashok Bhosekar, conveyed their greetings to the teachers, parents and students.
