Pvt Student Registration for SSC & HSC exam starts

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has started online registration for out-of-school students to appear privately in the SSC (10th) and HSC (12th) examinations by submitting form (no. 17).

Many eligible students were unable to register within the Board's deadline, causing them to lose an academic year. To address this, all schools and junior colleges can now register such private students for the June-July 2026 examinations as per the Board's terms and conditions.

Students should submit the printout along with the fee payment receipt and original documents to their respective school or junior college by May 21.

--Students who passed 5th or 8th standard through the Maharashtra State Open School Board are eligible to register as private students (Form No. 17) for the 10th examination.

--Eligible students will receive their 'Enrollment Certificate' online, after which they must fill the examination form.
