Replica of Ram Temple, Saryu Ghat to come up in city within a year
Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar
A replica of the Ram Temple along with a Saryu Ghat will be developed in the Murtuzapur area on Beed Bypass, with the foundation stone to be laid on Ram Navami (March 26).
The project will be designed by architect Ashish Sompura, who was also involved in the original Ayodhya temple. The idol of Ram Lalla will be crafted by the same sculptor, and artisans associated with the Ayodhya project will participate to ensure architectural and spiritual authenticity.

Temple to be built on 1 acre
Out of the 7-acre campus of Shri Ramchandra Institute of Medical Sciences, the temple will be built on 1 acre in the Nagara architectural style using Makrana marble from Rajasthan, mirroring the design of the Ayodhya shrine.

Saryu ghat to be a major attraction
A key highlight will be the development of an artificial Saryu Ghat, inspired by the ghats of the Saryu River, aimed at recreating a similar spiritual ambience for devotees.
The foundation ceremony is scheduled at 9.30 am, and a specially prepared stone from Ayodhya has already been brought to the site. The project is expected to be completed within one year, said Dr Anant Pandhare, Medical Director of the institute.
