National Lok Adalat in District Court, compromise before 15 panels

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: In the district court here on Saturday, a compromise of Rs 33.50 crore was made during the National Lok Adalat by resolving a total of 2772 cases. Out of these, Rs 28.84 crore were settled in 1612 pending cases and Rs 4.65 crore in 1160 Pre-litigation cases. The National Lok Adalat was organized under the guidance of district legal services authority chairman and chief district and sessions Judge VP Ingle.

Compromise before 15 panels

A compromise was reached before a total of 15 panels in the Lok Adalat. Chief district and sessions Judge Vibha P Ingle, district Judge RD Patil, SJ Ramgarhia, PP Sharma, RD Khedkar, SA Malik, Civil Judge SD Panjwani, DS Khedkar, YP Pujari, and others participated. District bar association participated in the Lok Adalat. District legal services authority secretary Vaishali Phadnis, all judicial officers and all appointed staff worked hard for the success of the Lok Adalat.

Compromise in these cases

Civil and criminal cases involving accidents, electricity theft, dishonor of cheques, land acquisition and compromise were kept in the National Lok Adalat. Also in the case before the dispute union Bank of India, UCO Bank, State Bank of India, Central Bank of India, PNB, Maharashtra Bank, Maharashtra Gramin Bank, and other government organisations participated in the pre-litigation cases were kept at the arbitration centre.
