Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: The Education Department will monitor the runners carrying HSC and SSC question papers to the examination centres through the war room.

The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) started conducting the HSC examination on February 11 while SSC students will take their first paper on February 21.

The district administration, revenue department, office of education officer, Zilla Parishad and State have formed their flying squads to pay surprise visits to the centres and catch copycats.

The Education Department of the State issued different measures on Wednesday to ensure the copy-free examination. As per the measures war room members will have to monitor ‘runners’ online. The Board appoints runners to deliver the question papers to the centres a few hours before the commencement of the examination,
