Shiv Jayanti celebrated in MNLU with great enthusiasm

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: The birth anniversary of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj was celebrated with great enthusiasm and devotion at Maharashtra National Law University on Thursday. Vice-Chancellor of the University Dr Bindu S. Ronald, presided over the function.

The programme commenced with the garlanding of the portrait of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and the offering of floral garlands. VC Dr Bindu S. Ronald said, “Shiv Jayanti is not merely a day of celebration, but a day that inspires our thoughts and strengthens the national spirit.”

She further stated that Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj established Hindavi Swarajya in Maharashtra by fighting against unjust powers and created a kingdom for the welfare of the common people. Registrar Dr Dhanaji Jadhav and others were also present.
