Aurangabad, May 7:

In order to assist the administration during the Corona crisis, the Shiva Trust has established a 100 beds Covid Care Centre (CCC) at Yashwantrao Chavan Ayurved College and Hospital at Bhalgaon to provide free treatment to the patients.

During the lockdown period, the trust had assisted 1684 labourers and also established a CCC last years where 934 patients were treated. The patients are given lunch, dinner, tea, breakfast. Presently, there are 41 patients in the city while 502 have been given discharge so far. The president, Dr Balasaheb Pawar, himself looks after the administration of the centre. Principal Dr Bhairav Kulkarni, vice principal Dr Pankaj Gahunge, Dr Vaijinath Yadav, DCH medical officer Dr Jayashree Prawar, nurse Kalpana Shingne, Dr Sandeep Kamble, Dr Vipul Gangwal, Dr Seema Kurule, Dr Ashashree Shinde, Deepak Apar, Dr Rani Vairale, Dr Ali Badgir, Dr Supriya Suradkar, Dr Rajashree Shilimkar, officer superintendent Satish Patil, hospital chief Anil Zalte and others are taking efforts for this CCC.
