A heated argument over a social media post spiraled into threats and intimidation, leading to the arrest of three men in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The City Chowk police took swift action after a young man was threatened at his home over an Instagram video related to a recently released film.

The incident occurred on March 15 around 9.15 pm when Joheb Pathan, Shoeb Pathan, and Toufiq Ahmed Idris allegedly confronted Shivam Ingle, a finance company recovery agent, demanding he delete the video. When Ingle’s father intervened, the accused allegedly hurled abuses and issued death threats. Fearing violence, Ingle lodged a police complaint. Based on his statement, officers arrested the three accused and produced them in court. They have been remanded to two days in police custody.
