Strong booking response to ‘Dream world – phase 2’ by Manjeet Pride

The grand launch of phase 2 of the ‘Dream world’ housing project by Manjeet pride group, located at a prime site on Cidco N-1, prozone road, was held today amid an overwhelming response from customers. Following the resounding success of Dream world phase 1, the group has undertaken phase 2 with innovative planning. The project was inaugurated by guardian minister Sanjay Shirsat.

The project offers luxurious 2, 3 and 4 BHK flats, along with 5, 6 and 7 BHK penthouses. As many as 25 flats were booked on the very first day of the launch. The event was attended by municipal commissioner G Srekanth, the commissioner of police, Pravin Pawar, MSEDCL ceo Aditya Jivane, chief engineer of the public works department Atul Chavhan, corporators Sanjay Chaudhari, Manoj Gangwe, Raju Shinde, Ravi Kavade, along with CREDAI president Sangram Pathare, Rajendra Singh Jabinda, Punjabrao Taur, and representatives from the real estate, industrial and trading sectors.

On the occasion, guardian minister Sanjay Shirsat praised the credibility and quality standards of the Manjeet pride group. Pioneers in Marathwada in adopting advanced aluminium formwork (aluform) technology, the group will construct 200 innovative flats under dream world phase 2.

Present at the event were directors Bhupendra Singh Rajpal, Rajendra Singh Rajpal, Navin Bagdiya, Nitin Bagdiya, Sachit Rajpal, Manish Agrawal, business head Nitin Lokhande, and employees of the Manjeet pride group.
