Aurangabad, April 8:

All traders have determined to reopen their shops across the State from April 12 even if the State Government gives relaxations or not in lockdown.

The two-days deadline given by the traders to the Government ended on Thursday.

President of Zilla Vyapari Mahasangh Jagannath Kale said that the decision of reopening the shops was taken in today’s online meeting.

Chief Minister Uddhav Thackery is likely to take a decision on relaxing lockdown on April 9.

The CM has assured the traders of proper decision, taking into consideration of traders suggestions.

All are waiting eagerly for his statement. An online meeting of the Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture was held today. The office-bearers of each district level traders association participated in it.

Jagannath Kale said that eight to ten per cent office-bearers had laid stress on reopening the shops from April 9.

"The CM assured us of relaxing lockdown norms. He will decide on Friday. All agreed to reopen their establishments from Monday, whatever may be his decision. However, before that, the MACCIA Maharashtra Chamber will hold a meeting for further decision,” he added.
