Uniform fees for SSC & HSC duplicate marksheets & migration certificates

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has revised fees for Duplicate Marksheet, Provisional and Migration Certificates.

It may be noted that there was a variation in the fees for these certificates. The Executive Council of MSBSHSE fixed uniform fees for each certificate. The State Board officers said that all previously applicable fees for the certificates for SSC and HSC had been cancelled. However, a fee of Rs 500 per certificate is now being charged for each of these documents.

Only online method from May first

Students of SSC and HSC can apply for Duplicate Marksheet, Certificate, Provisional Certificate, and Migration Certificate via mobile number and e-mail OTP. Applications for the certificates will be accepted only through the online method from May first onwards. After receiving the application, processing will be completed within seven working days for regular applications and within three working days for urgent (tatkal) applications.

Currently, all student data from the year 1990 onwards is available in the e-Marksheet system. So, for requests for the certificates for years after 1990, a copy of the e-Marksheet will be made available in the candidates’ login after document verification is completed.

No need for the college head’s stamp

Under the existing system, to obtain duplicate certificates, one needs to take the stamp and signature of the headmaster/ principal. This will not require a stamp, signature and recommendation letter from the institute head.
