IPL 2026, PBKS vs DC Today Match: Delhi Capitals won the toss and elected to bowl first against Punjab Kings in Match 55 of the Indian Premier League 2026 at the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium in Dharamsala on Monday, May 11, 2026.

The match carries major playoff implications for both teams. Punjab Kings are looking to end a three-match losing streak after slipping to fourth place in the points table, while Delhi Capitals need a victory to keep their fading playoff hopes alive. Another defeat would officially eliminate DC from the tournament.

Delhi made as many as five changes to their playing XI for the crucial encounter. KL Rahul continued behind the stumps, while Abishek Porel, Sahil Parakh, David Miller, Madhav Tiwari and Aaquib Nabi Dar featured in the side. Punjab Kings made one change, with Australian pacer Ben Dwarshuis replacing Lockie Ferguson, who missed out due to a niggle.

PBKS entered the contest after suffering a 33-run defeat against Sunrisers Hyderabad in their previous outing. Despite Cooper Connolly’s unbeaten century, Punjab failed to chase down a target of 236. Delhi Capitals, meanwhile, are coming off an eight-wicket defeat against Kolkata Knight Riders at the Arun Jaitley Stadium, where Finn Allen’s unbeaten century powered KKR to victory.
