In a big blow to Sunrisers Hyderabad all-rounder Mitchell Marsh picked up a ankle injury in the first match of this season. He tried to continue but he is walking off after the 5th ball. Mitchell has had a history of injuries in the past, and the latest one is likely to put in his participation on future mtches in jeopardy. 

Meanwhile, Royal Challengers Bangalore have raced to 53 runs in the powerpaly. The majority of the scoring was done by Devdutt Padikkal with the youngster creaming  7 boundaries already. Earlier,  Sunrisers Hyderabad won the toss and opted to bowl against Royal Challengers Bangalore in Dubai.
