Earlier in the day, Delhi resumed at 195/4 before the home side bowlers came with some decent show to wrap up the visitors for 339 runs as skipper Dhruv Shorey and Nitish Rana contributed with 96 and 92 runs respectively. For Punjab, Arshdeep Singh and Mayank Markande scalped three wickets each while Baltej Singh settled with two wickets.
In Kolkata, only 45 overs of play was possible as bad light once again spoiled the contest and Gujarat ended the third day at 169/7 against Bengal. Opener Priyank Panchal was the top-scorer for his side with a 44-run knock while Akash Deep and Ishan Porel scalped four and three wickets respectively.
After bowling out Hyderabad for 228 runs in their first innings, Kerala gained a 140-run lead as they closed the day at 204/7 with Rohan Prem and Vishnu Vinod chipping in with 44 runs each. For the hosts, Mohammed Siraj, Mehdi Hassan and Saaketh Sairam picked couple of wickets each.
Rajasthan were 243/8 at stumps in their second innings and took a 137-run lead over Andhra in Jaipur. Ashok Menaria was the top contributor for the hosts with 79 runs while Yash Kothari and Rajesh Bishnoi chipped in with 41 and 49 runs. Earlier, the entire Andhra side was back in the pavillion after managing 257 runs in reply to the hosts' first innings total of 151.
In a low-scoring affair, Karnataka defeated hosts Mumbai by five wickets to bag five points in their kitty. Chasing a 126-run target, Karanataka were off to a decent start before Shashank Attarde picked four wickets in quick succession to push the visitors on back-foot. However, Devdutt Padikkal's 50 ensured Karnataka cross the line with with five wickets in hand.
Uttar Pradesh were 170/9 against Tamil Nadu when stumps were drawn for the day in Kanpur. The hosts still trail by 10 runs after the visitors had managed 180 runs in their first essay.
Lukman Meriwala starred for Baroda as the left-arm pacer's magnificent figures of 6/25 handed his side a 99-run victory over Railways, who were chasing a 201-run target. Skipper Karn Sharma showed a little fight with his 38 run contribution down the order while all other Railways' batters failed to click.
Diwesh Pathania (5/49) and Sachidanand Pandey's (5/56) fifer handed Services their second win of the season as they hammered Maharashtra by an innings and 94 runs. In reply to Maharshtra's paltry 44 runs in the first innings, Services rode a complete batting show to put 285 runs on board before being bowled out and they later sent the entire opposition batters in the hut with just 147 runs on board.
Mukhtar Hussain's impressive figures of 6/15 alongwith Ranjit Mali's 4/27 helped Assam gun down Uttarakhand for 83 runs in their second essay to set up a convincing victory by an innings and 90 runs in Dehradun. It was also Assam's first win from four games so far.
In a rain-affected contest in Agartala, Tripura declared their first innings at 288/6, thanks to skipper Milind Kumar's unbeaten 105. In return, Odisha were five for no loss when the day ended.
Jharkhand were reeling at 103/4 in Ranchi and still trail by 79 runs against Jammu and Kashmir, who had managed 441 runs in the first essay after bundling out the home side for 259 runs in their first innings.
Chasing a 263-run target, Chhattisgarh were reduced to 33/3 as skipper Harshal Patel (2/8) and Ashish Hooda (1/9) picked three wickets in quick succession for Haryana in Raipur.
Bihar notched up its first win of the season as they defeated Mizoram by six wickets in Patna. Chasing a 185 run target, Bihar rode opener Indrajit Kumar's unbeaten 98 alongwith Babul Kumar's 61 to cross the line with ease.
Goa registered their third win from four games this season as they outclassed Manipur by an innings and 360 runs in Porvorim.
Puducherry on the other hand, maintained their winning streak as they defeated Meghalaya by five wickets to register their fourth victory from as many game in the season so far.
Chandigarh were 400/6 at stumps against Nagaland as rains forced an early close of play in Dimapur. Skipper Manan Vohra (121) and Raman Bishnoi (100) slammed respective tons while Arslan Khan and Bipul Sharma also chipped in with valuable contributions of 87 and unbeaten 50 runs respectively.
After the first two days were washed out in Bhubaneswar, Sikkim, who were asked to bat, ended the third day at 2474/6 with Yashpal Singh batting on 188 while Karkir Taye and Kengo Goken Bam bagged two wickets each for Arunachal Pradesh.
