Kerala’s Minister for Cultural, Fisheries and Youth Affairs Saji Cherian announced the winners of the Kerala State Film Awards on Friday. The jury for the 52nd edition of the awards was headed by filmmaker-screenwriter Saeed Akhtar Mirsa.
