Dhurandhar 2 Box Office Collection Day 36: Ranveer Singh’s Film Mints Over Rs 1,122 Crore in India; Check 6th Thursday Earnings

Dhurandhar 2 Box Office Collection Day 36: Dhurandhar: The Revenge (Dhurandhar 2), starring Ranveer Singh, continued its steady theatrical run as it inched closer to new milestones at the domestic box office on Day 36. Despite being in its sixth week and facing competition from new releases, the film has managed to sustain a consistent hold. According to industry tracker Sacnilk, the film collected Rs 1.40 crore net across 3,434 shows on its 36th day (6th Thursday). With this, the film’s total India net collection has reached Rs 1,122.49 crore, while the India gross stands at Rs 1,343.56 crore. Overseas, the film added Rs 0.25 crore on Day 36, taking its total overseas gross to Rs 422.50 crore. The worldwide gross collection now stands at Rs 1,766.06 crore.

Directed by Aditya Dhar, the film opened to a massive Rs 674.17 crore in its first week and followed it up with Rs 263.65 crore in the second week. It collected Rs 110.60 crore in the third week and Rs 54.70 crore in the fourth, before slowing down further in its fifth week.

In Week 5, the film collected ₹2.70 crore on Day 30, followed by a weekend jump to Rs 4.65 crore on Day 31 and Rs 5.20 crore on Day 32. It then earned Rs 1.62 crore on Day 33, Rs 2.10 crore on Day 34, and Rs 1.70 crore on Day 35, taking its Week 5 total to Rs 19.37 crore.

Despite the slowdown, the film remains one of the highest-grossing Hindi films of all time. It has already crossed the Rs 1,000 crore mark in India net collections and surpassed several major blockbusters, including RRR, Kalki 2898 AD, KGF: Chapter 2, Jawan, Pathaan and Animal. However, it is yet to overtake the lifetime collection of Pushpa 2: The Rise, which remains among the highest-grossing Indian films.

Released on March 19 with paid previews on March 18, Dhurandhar: The Revenge is a high-octane spy action thriller and the sequel to the 2025 hit Dhurandhar. The film features Ranveer Singh in the lead role, alongside Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, Sara Arjun, Rakesh Bedi, Danish Pandor and Gaurav Gera, with Yami Gautam in a cameo appearance.
