Dhurandhar 2 Worldwide Box Office Collection Day 15: Dhurandhar: The Revenge (Dhurandhar 2), starring Ranveer Singh, is on the verge of entering the Rs 1,500 crore club worldwide after a strong 15-day run at the box office. Directed by Aditya Dhar, the spy thriller earned Rs 17.80 crore on Day 15 (third Thursday), taking its India net collection to Rs 937.32 crore, according to the Sacnilk report. The film’s India gross has climbed to Rs 1,122.17 crore. Overseas, the film added Rs 5 crore on April 2, pushing its international total to Rs 370 crore. As a result, the worldwide gross now stands at Rs 1,492.17 crore, just shy of the Rs 1,500 crore milestone.
Released on March 19 in multiple languages, the film has maintained strong momentum across markets. It collected Rs 674.17 crore in its opening week and Rs 263.15 crore in the second week, and continued its impressive run in the third week with consistent double-digit daily earnings.
The Hindi version remained the biggest contributor on Day 15, earning Rs 16.50 crore from over 14,900 shows at around 18% occupancy. The Telugu version collected Rs 0.85 crore, while Tamil added Rs 0.30 crore. Kannada and Malayalam contributed Rs 0.10 crore and Rs 0.05 crore, respectively.
Set in Karachi’s Lyari, the film focuses on covert intelligence operations against the backdrop of major geopolitical events, including the 2001 Parliament attack, the Kandahar hijacking and the 2008 Mumbai attacks.
The sequel explores the rise of Singh’s character, Hamza Ali Mazari, within Karachi’s underworld. It also traces his origins as Jaskirat Singh Rangi, charting the transformation of a young man into a covert intelligence operative.
The film also stars Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, Sara Arjun, Rakesh Bedi, Danish Pandor and Gaurav Gera, while Yami Gautam makes a cameo appearance.
