Honey Singh’s Millionaire Concert in Mumbai: Rapper Says Grateful for Insane Response

Rapper and composer Yo Yo Honey Singh said that he is thankful for the great response that he got in Mumbai for his recent Millionaire concert. Times Of India quoted Honey Singh saying, “Mumbai never disappoints. The energy, the love, and the warmth of Mumbaikars are unmatched. From the moment I stepped in, I could feel the vibe—pure madness, pure love! The way everyone turned up for the opening show was unreal. I’m beyond grateful for this insane response. Big love to the city that always brings the heat."

A recent video of him singing Desi Kalakaar along with the crowd is viral on social media. Many also posted that this concert drove them back to the Bluetooth era when they used to download and listen to all his songs.

At the concert, he also took a swipe at rival rappers Badshah and Raftaar. In the viral video he is heard saying, "Kayi log kehte hain ki wo mere bhai hain. Kayi log kehte hain ki mera comeback nahi ho raha. Aur phir kehte hain wo mere gaane likhte the. Aur phir kehte hain ki wo meri takdeer likh denge (Many people say that they are my brothers. They also say that I will never make a comeback. Then, they said that they wrote songs for me. Then they also said that they will write my destiny)."

He further added, "To uspe ek sher sunaaon? Video banao, usko tag karna. Pichle saal meri taqdeer ne kaiyon ke guroor hain tode. Aur tujhe comeback karna padega. (Can I share a poem about that? Record videos, tag him. Last year, my destiny has broken the pride of many. Now you will have to make a comeback)." After that he asked the audience to complete his sentence.

During a performance in Dehradun last year, Badshah stated that he wanted to make peace with Honey.
