Like many of you, I was also in two minds for taking my parents for vaccination due to the rumors and messages which are exaggerating regarding the post-vaccination reactions. My father is 92 and my mom is 82. But I realized if they go for voting then why not vaccination, so consulted my family doctor. After getting his positive reply, done online registration for the vaccination for my parents at the NESCO center at Goregaon (E).”Further, explaining bits about the vaccination camp, he said, “At the center, everything was easy and well organized. They have organized enough wheelchairs too for the elderly person who has a walking problem. Initially one has to stand in the queue, which is fast-moving. The entire center is an AC center and the registration process is also quick. Post-registration you are requested to move to the vaccination area, where also proper sitting arrangements are available. Post-vaccination you are requested to wait for 30 min to observe that the vaccinated person didn’t get any reaction. And then you are through …. This entire process gets over in a maximum of 2 to 2½ hr. ”The actor also mentioned the important details that one need not forget during vaccination. He concluded, “Yes and very imp: Don’t forget to note down the details given for the 2nd dose which is after 28 days from the day of the 1st dose. And lastly but very much in today’s trend don’t forget to take a selfie at the picture window they have created as it would be your most memorable picture of your parents and elderly person as “It’s all about keeping our parents and elder safe and healthy!!”
