Singer Mohammed Irfan on Friday unveiled his new romantic track 'Tum Mere Ho.'
Sung by Irfan and penned by Dr Ankur Sharma and MS Mahawar 'Tum Mere Ho' is out on Dr Ankur Sharma Productions YouTube channel.
