A Mumbai resident committed suicide after the tragic demise of Sushant Singh Rajput. The deceased’s family claims that she was in severe depression ever since she lost all their savings in the PMC Bank scam. Meanwhile, the 45-year old's  mental health was miserably affected by the recent suicide of Bollywood star Sushant Singh Rajput.

According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, Rachna had been in a bad condition ever since the PMC scam came to light and that her condition had deteriorated in the past one month, courtesy Sushant’s death. The report says that Rachna was alone at home at the time of her death as her husband was at work, whereas her daughter had stepped out to buy groceries. Sushant, committed suicide at his Bandra residence on June 14 by hanging himself to the ceiling. His death sent shockwaves across the country.
