According to Vinod Channa, John Abraham has been following a very selective and controlled diet for many years. Vegetables like okra or brinjal are generally nutritious and good for health, but John hasn't eaten them for many years. Therefore, it can be difficult for the body to immediately accept foods that have been completely excluded from the diet for a long time. Digesting such foods can be difficult for someone like John. Therefore, he will never be able to eat okra and brinjal again in his life.
While John Abraham's diet is considered an ideal for many ordinary people, it may not be equally suitable for everyone. John's lifestyle, nature of work, and fitness needs are different. His diet is determined accordingly. He also stated that a balanced diet must include all types of vegetables, grains, fruits, and proteins.
