According to the police, the plane hit multiple vehicles, including cars, on the busy street in Gainesville on Monday, February 9. The pilot made an emergency landing shortly after takeoff due to engine glitches.

Initial investigation suggests that the aircraft did not have enough power to make it back to the airport and the pilot forcibly landed on the busy street, hitting three vehicles. The Federal Aviation Administration and National Transportation Safety Board are investigating.
