New Delhi, June 15 Edesia, the multi-cuisine restaurant at Crowne Plaza New Delhi, takes you on a delicious trans-continental journey. Okhla will host a Silk Route Food Festival for its customers. The culinary extravaganza is part of the hotel's 12th anniversary celebrations and features food stories through the eyes of Marco Polo, one of history's greatest explorers.

The festival will feature buzzing Shawarma Station, Carving Caravan, Teppanyaki Junction, The Kebab Road, Wok Station, Sandwich Point, Pasta Street, Salad Marg, Dimsum Town, Ice Cream Parlour, and more, transporting visitors to Italy, Lebanon, Turkey, Egypt, Persia, Somalia, India, Indonesia, China, and Mongolia.
The festival boasts 100+ dishes from various cuisines that will be served to guests on a cyclical basis. Mezze Platter, Shawarma, Sushis & Dimsums, Batu Maung Satay, Tandoori Raan, Turkish Kebabs, Vietnamese Sandwiches, Sausage Wraps, Chicken Thupka, Wok Fried Noodles, Homemade Pastas, and more will be served during the festival. A special LIVE South Indian station will also be established to commemorate Marco Polo's landing on the Coromandel Coast in 1292 AD.
