The first scrub is the Sugar and Honey Scrub. This scrub provides gentle exfoliation to the skin while also helping to retain moisture. To prepare this, take one teaspoon of sugar and one teaspoon of honey. Mix the two ingredients together and gently massage the mixture onto your face using circular motions. There are certain points to keep in mind when using a scrub. Scrubbing two to three times a week is sufficient; scrubbing too frequently can cause the skin to become dry or sensitive. Avoid applying excessive pressure while scrubbing, as this may lead to swelling or redness on the skin. It is essential to always apply a moisturizer after scrubbing to ensure the skin remains hydrated.
