  1. Running: - According to Healthline, running is a great option for a fit body. This will not only burn calories but will also strengthen your knees. Regular running is very beneficial for reducing fat on the knees. Stretching before running is very important, as this can prevent the risk of injury.
  2. Cycling: - Cycling keeps the body fit. Regular cycling strengthens the heart. Along with this, the knees also become stronger. Cycling also exercises the thighs, calves and knees. To reduce knee fat, cycle for at least 30 minutes a day.
  3. Squats: - Exercises like squats help tone the legs. To do squats, first stand straight. Keep your hands in front of you. Then sit backwards, keeping your back straight, as if you were sitting on a chair. Sit on your back at 90 to 100 degrees while squatting.
  4. Jumping rope: - Jumping rope has been done by many people for many years. Regularly jumping rope strengthens the legs. Also, the fat on the knees melts. Along with this, the knees also become stronger. However, take care of your legs while jumping rope, if you are overweight, jump rope less at first and then gradually increase it.
