It's weekend and people across the world are practising social distancing to prevent spread of the deadly virus. During the weekend there are many things that you can do to pass your time and keep yourself engaged.

So here are 10 things you can try to do on this weekend:

1. Write poetry. Just write down whatever you are feeling inside during this trying times of COVID-19. Just try it!

2. Text all your exes just in case you have one more thing you wanted to get off your chest.

3. Watch all the really long movies you’ve avoided until now.

4. Download LUDO, or a similar app, and invite your friends online to play.

5. Complete a puzzle: The more pieces the better! Feeling extra saucy? Take on a Rubik's Cube. More of a word person? Crossword puzzle!

6. Start a journal or blog. Sure, it can be about the coronavirus, but it could also be about a specific interest from chess to cheese.

7. If it won't bother your neighbors: Dust off that old instrument and practice

8. Watch the films that won Oscars for best picture.

9. Try out at-home aerobics or yoga videos. Consider downloading a fitness app with curated workout playlists.

10. And last but not the least take time to reflect: What have you accomplished in the last year? What goals are you setting for yourself in the next year?
