If you are planning to complete any important bank-related work this week, make sure to check the bank holiday list first. According to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) holiday calendar, banks will remain closed for a total of six days between March 30 and April 5 in different states across the country due to Mahavir Jayanti, Good Friday, and the annual closing. In such a situation, it is important to know on which days and where banks will remain open or closed before visiting a branch.

To avoid finding the bank locked after reaching there, check whether banks are open or closed today, March 30, and be aware of the upcoming holidays this week before stepping out.

On the occasion of Mahavir Jayanti, banks will remain closed for two days—March 30 and March 31—in different states.
