The tally of coronavirus positive cases in Pune has touched to 40 as four more patients tested positive for the deadly virus on Sunday. Of the 40, four patients are in critical stage. 

The three new cases, two are from Pune, a father-daughter duo who had returned from Dubai on March 9. They were admitted to Naidu Infectious Diseases Hospital after they complained of mild symptoms. The pair tested positive on Sunday.

While the other has no travel history is from Baramati. The patient with no travel history, is undergoing treatment at Jehangir Hospital. Another patient tested positive on the intervening night of Saturday and Sunday — taking the number of new cases to four. 

The number of patients in Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation limits continued to remain at 12 with no new cases found on Sunday.
