COVID-19 Maharashtra: 9,25,828 people surveyed under cluster containment task

In Maharashtra, 9,25,828 people have been surveyed under cluster containment task. A total of 2,455 teams of health department are working in various containment zones of the state, confirmed Maharashtra Health Department.

The cluster containment plan has strategies, institutional arrangements, logistical requirements and action plans listed for cluster containment of the infection.

According the health department officials in Maharashtra, the COVID-19 count in the state so far is 423, while 21 patients have died due to the infection.
