The problems of Arnab Goswami, editor-in-chief of Republic TV, seems to have increased in the fake Television Rating Points Scam case. Mumbai Police has named Arnab as an accused in the supplementary charge sheet. Mumbai Police had registered an FIR in the case nine months ago. The then Commissioner of Police Parambir Singh had also mentioned Arnab Goswami's name involved in the TRP scam. In the charge sheet, the police have named five people, including Arnab. In addition to Arnab, there are four names in ARG Outlet Media (which owns Republic TV). This is mentioned in the 1800 page charge sheet filed by the police in the court.
