Palghar Horror: Beheaded Body Found in Sack Near Highway, Two Arrested Within 8 Hours
In a prompt and coordinated operation, the Palghar Police cracked the shocking murder case of an unidentified man whose mutilated, headless body was found stuffed inside a sack near the Mumbai-Ahmedabad National Highway. Acting swiftly after the crime was reported, officers managed to trace and arrest two suspects within just eight hours, demonstrating remarkable efficiency. The gruesome discovery had created panic in the surrounding area, prompting an immediate response from law enforcement agencies. Preliminary findings indicated that the accused had attempted to conceal the victim’s identity by disposing of the body in a highly disturbing manner along a secluded stretch.
According to officials from the Mira Bhayandar Vasai Virar Police, the accused were known to the victim and allegedly killed him over a financial dispute related to business dealings. During interrogation, the suspects reportedly confessed that the victim was attacked using a sharp weapon, with his head being severed and multiple stab wounds inflicted on his body. Investigators revealed that the body parts were deliberately separated and dumped at different locations to hinder identification. The crime detection team carefully examined the scene, tracked suspicious vehicle movements, and used technical surveillance along with local intelligence to successfully identify and apprehend the culprits.
The body was discovered on Monday morning in a secluded area of Ambepada, located around 1,000 meters away from National Highway 48. A group of local youths passing through the area noticed a suspicious sack lying near bushes and alerted the authorities. Police teams quickly reached the spot and initiated a detailed investigation into the matter. Senior officials supervised the probe, ensuring all angles were examined thoroughly. The brutal nature of the crime and the method used to dispose of the body raised serious concerns, prompting a high-level inquiry to uncover all aspects of the incident.
In a separate and equally disturbing case from Vasai, a video captured on CCTV cameras surfaced online, sparking widespread outrage among residents. The footage showed a man allegedly assaulting a four-year-old child in a shocking act of violence. The incident reportedly originated from a minor dispute between the accused, identified as Sandeep Pawar, and the child’s father. What began as a trivial argument quickly escalated into an unacceptable act involving an innocent child, raising serious concerns about public safety and the need for strict action against such behaviour.
Following the incident, the Vasai Police registered a case against the accused under multiple sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). Authorities acted promptly and arrested Sandeep Pawar soon after the video came to light. The incident has drawn strong condemnation from the public, with many demanding strict punishment for the accused. Police officials have assured that a thorough investigation is underway and that appropriate legal action will be taken. The case has once again highlighted the importance of vigilance, swift law enforcement response, and the role of surveillance systems in bringing offenders to justice.
