SSC MTS & CBIC Havaldar Examination 2025: City Intimation Slips Released, Check Steps to Download

The Staff Selection Commission has issued the city intimation slips for candidates appearing in the SSC Multi-Tasking Staff and CBIC Havaldar Examination 2025. Applicants who successfully registered for the recruitment process can now access their city slips through the commission’s official website, ssc.gov.in. The document allows candidates to check the city where their examination centre is located along with the scheduled date of the computer-based test. This advance information helps aspirants plan their travel and logistics ahead of the examination, ensuring smoother preparation and reducing last-minute confusion.

The SSC MTS and Havaldar computer-based examination is set to begin from February 4, 2026. Prior to the release of city intimation slips, candidates were allowed to choose their preferred examination slot between January 16 and January 25, 2026. Based on these preferences, the commission has now allocated examination cities and issued the slips accordingly. It is important to note that the city intimation slip is not the admit card. The hall ticket containing detailed venue information will be released separately closer to the examination date by the commission.

The city intimation slip provides essential details such as the allotted examination city and the date on which the candidate is scheduled to appear for the test. Candidates are strongly advised to review all the information mentioned on the slip carefully to avoid any errors or discrepancies. In case of any mismatch, aspirants should contact the commission at the earliest for clarification. The admit card, which will include the complete address of the examination centre and reporting time, will be made available later on the official website for download.

This recruitment drive is being conducted to fill posts of Multi-Tasking Staff and Havaldar in the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs and the Central Bureau of Narcotics. Overall, the commission aims to fill 7,948 vacancies across various ministries, departments, and offices under the Government of India. As per the notification, SSC MTS Recruitment 2025 includes 6,078 vacancies for candidates aged between 18 and 25 years, 732 posts for the 18 to 27 age group, and 1,138 vacancies specifically for the Havaldar post.
