IndiGo Flight at Mumbai Airport Triggers Security Alert After ‘Danger’ Note Found in Lavatory
A security alert has been issued at the Mumbai Airport after a tissue paper with the word 'Danger' written on it was found in the lavatory of an IndiGo flight, said Mumbai Police. According to the police, the flight IndiGo 911 was preparing for its next journey when it spotted a piece of tissue paper with a message, which unfolded a brief scare at the international airport.

The IndiGo 911 flight was scheduled to operate between Mumbai and Ahmedabad and was preparing for its onward journey. The flight was stationed near Gate No. 5 when a tissue with a 'Danger' word was found. Airport authorities immediately alerted security, promoting fire brigade along with Mumbai Police, suspecting a bomb threat. Panic briefly gripped Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport.

Following the alert, police and security agencies, including the bomb detection and disposal squad, carried out a detailed inspection of the aircraft. After a comprehensive search, officials confirmed that no suspicious or hazardous objects were found on board.
