Mumbai MHADA Lottery 2026: 2,640 Affordable Flats On Sale in Vikhroli, Goregaon, Borivali; Online Applications Begin From March 30

The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has announced 2,640 affordable flats for sale in Mumbai, including in Goregaon, Borivali, Gorai, Vikhroli, Chembur, Bandra, Ghatkopar, Wadala, Powai, and Dadar, among other areas in the city.

The online application registration and submission process will begin on Monday, March 30, at 3 pm. The process will be launched through a ‘Go Live’ programme by MHADA Vice Chairman and CEO Sanjeev Jaiswal.

The advertisement for this lottery will be published on March 30 in various newspapers across Maharashtra as well as on the official website of MHADA at https://housing.mhada.gov.in. The price list of flats will be released on March 30 online on the portal.

Income Limit Category

Out of the total flats, 145 are reserved for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) with an annual income of up to Rs 6 lakh. A total of 858 flats are for the Low Income Group (LIG) with income up to Rs 9 lakh, 1,408 flats for the Middle Income Group (MIG) with income up to Rs 12 lakh, and 229 flats for the High Income Group (HIG) with income above Rs 12 lakh.

Lottery List Dates

The draft list of applicants will be published on May 5, and objections or claims can be submitted until May 8. The final list will be announced on May 12, while the lottery draw will be held on May 15 at 11 am.

MHADA has clarified that no agents or representatives have been appointed for the sale of flats. Citizens have been advised to apply only through the official website or mobile app to avoid fraud.
