Nagpur, Oct 6

Hundreds of the students belonging to the SC, ST and Other Backward Classes were admitted for higher education in minority colleges through the cap round in 2016-17. But these students were told that their freeship in 2019 has not been approved by the social welfare department.

Therefore, a fee of `4.21 lakh will have to be paid to the colleges for the entire session. Therefore, the students belonging to the scheduled castes and tribes found themselves staring at the bleak future.
