A mysterious disease has been reported from West Godavari District of Andhra Pradesh leading to 30 people falling ill. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, Y.S Jaganmohan Reddy held the review of the situation.About 700 patients have fallen sick due to the unknown disease in the 45 days in West Godavari district. They were being treated in Eluru, Bhimadole, Pulla, Denduluru and other hospitals.

As per the orders of CM in the state, all the higher officials including the Chief Secretary, and all the health and medical staff have rushed to take a hold on the situation. All of these patients showing up for the same symptoms have now been shifted to Elluru and around 10-15 centres have been set up in the state for such patients suspected to have the mysterious disease.

The mysterious disease has created an atmosphere of anxiety among the people. According to the information received, patients with this new disease have been found in Andhra Pradesh in South India. 

Meanwhile, Andhra Pradesh Health Minister Alla Kali Krishna visited the village and reviewd the overall situation there. A medical camp has been organized in the village. Also, several teams of doctors are examining people in this village and sent samples for testing.
