India's total number of Coronavirus positive cases has risen to 28,380 (including 21132 active cases, 6362 cured/discharged/migrated and 886 deaths), said Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. 

1463 new cases and 60 deaths reported in the last 24 hours. This is the highest death toll reported in 24 hours. 

The country is under lockdown until May 3. The lifting of the lockdown depends on the situation and compliance of the lockdown rules by people.
