Income Tax Department raided offices of the Bharat Samachar News channel on Thursday. The searches are going on in connection with tax evasion case, at its Promoters and Editor-in-Chief  residences & offices.

The team is searching in offices and residences of promoters.

More details are awaited. 

Bharat Samachar is a TV channel owned by Time Today Media Network Private Limited according to MIB. The channel was relaunched in 2017 as a local Hindi news channel focusing U.P. from Lucknow.
