The incident took place around 8 AM on Patel Marg in Jaipur’s Patrakar Colony, an otherwise quiet residential area. According to reports, Singh objected to his neighbour Chhote Lal Saini attempting to drive a tempo traveller through the narrow lane outside his residence. Saini, who operates a local travel business, allegedly engaged in a verbal confrontation with Singh after being stopped. The disagreement intensified rapidly, leading to a physical clash between the two. During the altercation, Singh fell onto the road and remained motionless, prompting immediate concern among nearby residents who rushed to the scene.

Police officials from the local station confirmed that action has been taken following the incident. The driver of the tempo traveller has been taken into custody, while Chhote Lal Saini and his wife Rekha have been detained for questioning as part of the investigation.
