Karnataka Horror: Man Killed by Brother, Father Over Affair Allegations
A dispute arising from an alleged romantic relationship between a younger brother and his elder brother’s sister-in-law escalated into a murder. With the help of his father, the elder brother brutally killed his younger sibling. The deceased has been identified as Stalin. Police have arrested his elder brother, Naveen, and their father, John Paul, in connection with the case.
According to the police, John Paul had two sons, Naveen and Stalin. Naveen is married, and his wife is currently pregnant. Meanwhile, Stalin was engaged to a young woman named Jennifer, and preparations for their wedding were underway. However, a serious allegation made by Jennifer created turmoil within the family. She claimed that Stalin was involved in illicit relationships with his elder brother’s sister-in-law as well as with Naveen’s wife.
Murder Disguised as Accident
The situation escalated on March 22, when Naveen, allegedly enraged over the accusations, attacked Stalin with the help of his father. In an attempt to cover up the crime, the accused fabricated a story and admitted Stalin to Siddaganga Hospital. They told medical staff that Stalin had fallen while parking his bike and suffered abdominal injuries after hitting a railing. However, despite receiving treatment, Stalin succumbed to his injuries five days later.
During the postmortem examination, police noticed that the injuries on Stalin’s body did not match those typically caused by an accidental fall. Suspecting foul play, the Jayanagar police initiated a detailed investigation.
