Mumbai, July 14 Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Sunday met his Maharashtra counterpart Eknath Shinde at the latter's official residence 'Varsha', during which they decided to strengthen cooperation for the development of the two states.
