Munnar Bus Accident: 3 Students Killed, Several Injured After Tourist Bus Overturns in Kerala (Watch Video)

Three students from Scott Christian College in Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu, died after a tourist bus overturned near Eco Point in Mattupetty on Wednesday. The bus was carrying a group of undergraduate students and teachers on a tour. According to Munnar police, there were 37 people on board, including students and faculty members.

The victims were identified as R. Venika, R. Adhik, and Sudhan, all 19 years old. Venika and Adhik died at a private hospital in Munnar, while Sudhan succumbed to his injuries at a hospital in Rajakkad.

He was initially being taken to Theni Medical College Hospital but was admitted in Rajakkad due to his critical condition.  Another student, Kevin, 20, has been shifted to Theni Medical College Hospital for further treatment.
