The Narcotics Control Bureau carried out its first-ever raid on a luxury cruise liner and detained at least eight persons, including Aryan Khan, the son of Bollywood megastar Shah Rukh Khan and his wife Gauri. The NCB sent blood samples of all those caught for testing.

The NCB will make an arrest in the case at any time on Sunday after the blood report is received. A DJ was also called on the cruise. There was going to be a big rave party here. It also included a pool party. A company in Delhi had organized a party on a cruise.

Initially, the cruise was booked from October 2 to 4, Mumbai-Goa. But according to NCB sources, the ship was scheduled to leave Mumbai at 2 pm on October 2 and return to Mumbai on October 3. NCB Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede received a tip in this regard.

When Sameer Wankhede checked, he found out that the online tickets for the cruise were almost booked. But there was some space left. The NCB immediately booked as many seats as were available and some officers and staff reached there.

Authorities seized cocaine, hashish, MD, marijuana and other drugs. The NCB's action continued late into the night. According to the information received, the Mumbai-Goa-Mumbai trip was organized on a 2000 passenger capacity ship Cordelia.

It is now clear that the NCB has arrested eight people, including Aryan Khan. These include Arbaaz Merchant, Moonmoon Dhamecha, Nupur Sarika, Ismit Singh, Mohak Jaiswal, Vikrant Choker and Gomit Chopra. Aryan Khan's mobile phone has been seized and information is being gathered from it.

As soon as the cruise left Mumbai for the journey, NCB officials started the operation. There were 1,000 passengers on the cruise, but only 12 have been detained so far. The rave party is nothing new in Mumbai.

Mumbai Police Joint Commissioner Vishwas Nangre Patil had raided the Rev Party when he was DCP and Western Zonal Additional CP. The son of a Bollywood villain was also found at the party. The villain then swore that his son would not take drugs

In the medical report, the son of that Bollywood villain got a clean chit. But the villain's daughter was called to the office by the NCB for questioning during a drug connection after the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. Last year, Sameer Wankhede became the zonal director of NCB.

Sameer Wankhede has focused on Bollywood. From Sara Ali Khan, Rakul Preet Singh, Deepika Padukone, Shraddha Kapoor to Arjun Rampal, drug cases have been investigated. Sushant Singh's girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty was also arrested by the police.
