According to a recent study, excessive consumption of sugar has been said to be injurious to health. There are two types of sugars, glucose and fructose. Consumption of too much sugar leads to many diseases along with weight.

When a small amount of sugar is taken, the liver converts it into glycogen and stores it, so that glycogen can be used when needed. When you consume too much fructose, the liver has to convert it into fat. Due to which more load is placed on the lever.

Insulin is one of the important hormones of our body, but consuming too much sugar increases insulin resistance. This increases the risk of obesity and diabetes. When there is too much sugar in the blood, resistance to insulin starts in the cells.

Sugar is good for our body in the form of glucose, but it has a problem with fructose, it has different effects on the body, mind and hormones. Just like any intoxicant increases the hormone called dopamine in your brain, in the same way sugar works in the same way.
