Height is an important factor influencing our first impression and can even be linked to power, confidence, attraction, and career opportunities.

Yoga helps you to get those extra inches by stretching your back muscles and improving your posture.

Tadasana, also known as the Mountain pose, is a yoga posture that provides a comprehensive stretch to all the muscles in your body. This stretching sensation encourages your body to elongate, and it can also support the body's natural production of growth hormones.

Another asana is Chakrasana, This is a backbend, so it's essential to ensure you are adequately warmed up. Begin by lying on your back and bend your legs, planting your feet firmly on the mat. Rotate your arms at the shoulders and position your palms on the floor beneath your ears. Inhale as you lift your body upward. Maintain a relaxed neck and allow your head to gently fall backward.

Bhujangasana- Bhujangasana, or the Cobra pose, provides a stretching sensation for the muscles in your lower back, upper back, and abdomen. This pose is beneficial for reducing excess fat around the waist and is also considered one of the most effective yoga postures for promoting height increase.

Trikonasana- Stand in an upright position with your feet positioned wide apart. Next, rotate your right foot to a 90-degree angle outward. Inhale, and as you exhale, lean your body to the right, reaching your right hand down to touch your right toe while extending your left hand upward. Maintain this posture for a minimum of 30 seconds, and then repeat the same sequence on your left side.

Vriksh asana- The Tree pose, also known as Vriksha asana, is yet another beneficial yoga posture for height enhancement. This pose stimulates the pituitary gland, which plays a crucial role in the production of growth hormones.
