PURE EV ecoDryft electric motorcycle launched in India at Rs 99,999 with 130 km range

Another new player has entered the electric two wheeler segment. Two-wheeler manufacturer PURE EV today launched its new pure electric motorcycle EcoDryft in the market. So, another option in electric two-wheeler will be available for the customers.

The starting price of this bike, which is equipped with an attractive look and a powerful battery pack, has been kept at Rs 99,999 only. Apart from Delhi, its price is 1 lakh 14 thousand 999. This bike will be available in the market in 4 colors. Including black, grey, blue.

The company has used a 3.0 KWH capacity battery pack in this electric bike. The company claims that this bike can easily cover a distance of 85 to 130 km in a single charge. This driving range is dependent on riding and road conditions.

The bike has a 3 KW electric motor with Battery Management System (BMS) and Bluetooth connectivity. Along with this, this bike can run at a speed of 75 km per hour. This bike looks like a computer bike. It has a battery pack under the fuel tank.

This electric bike has three driving modes. It has a drive mode of 45 kmph, crossover mode of 60 kmph and thrill mode of 75 kmph. Its total loading capacity is 140 kg.

Equipped with alloy wheels and regenerative braking system, this electric bike has features like digital speedometer, digital odometer, central locking, passenger footrest, LED headlight and taillight.

The total weight of this bike is 101 kg. The battery of this bike charges from 20 percent to 80 percent in just 3 hours, while its battery takes a total of 6 hours to fully charge. Therefore, the tension of petrol price increase will not be there for the customers.

Rohit Vadera, Co-Founder and CEO, PURE EV said, “Over the past two months, we have rolled out demo vehicles at 100 of our dealerships for test drives and the response from customers has been overwhelming.

Now booking of EcoDryft has been started at all our dealerships. The first batch of vehicles will be delivered to customers from the first week of March. The design was developed at EcoDryft Hyderabad's PURE EV Technology and Manufacturing Center.

The company is busy expanding its dealership network to many other cities in the country. The company claims that it is exporting its vehicles to South Asian countries and will soon export vehicles to Central Asian countries including Africa.
